These Terms & Conditions constitute the complete legal agreement between you and pak555. By registering, accessing, or using the pak555 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms set out in this document. Please read carefully before proceeding.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on pak555. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and the permanent forfeiture of all balances, including any winnings, without notice.
When registering on pak555, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other details requested during the registration process. You are obligated to update your account information promptly should any details change. pak555 reserves the right to close any Account opened using false, incomplete, or misleading information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pak555 login credentials. You must not share your password with any other individual. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — is your legal responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify pak555 support immediately via live chat at pak555.one or by emailing [email protected].
As an internationally licensed gaming operator, pak555 is legally obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. KYC is mandatory before any withdrawal request is processed.

Your continued use of the pak555 Platform after the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request voluntary account closure as per Section 14.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pak555 holds its international gaming licence.
Nothing in this clause limits pak555's rights to enforce these Terms in any other jurisdiction where the Player is located or where the violation has occurred. Both parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through the internal complaints procedure set out in Section 15.
